Within schools, organizational environment affects their leadership behavior, cooperation, communication, and trust. A positive school atmosphere helps principals to perform their administrative duties efficiently. In this study, 50 secondary school principals were chosen at random. Questionnaires were sent to them and data was collected. After this, this data was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and percentage analysis. The findings showed a favorable relationship between ‘organizational climate’, ‘job satisfaction’ and ‘leadership effectiveness’. Where ever, principals working in supportive contexts, a higher level of professional satisfaction and leadership performance improvement was observed.
