Abstract

The research was conducted with the objectives to study the communication skills of middle-stage students and determining the effectiveness of an intervention based on lesson plans on innovative methods for enhancing students’ communication skills. The research shows that innovative teaching methods are highly effective in enhancing communication skills among middle-stage students in Delhi. The descriptive and inferential analyses revealed consistent improvements across verbal, written, non-verbal, and listening dimensions, with total communication showing a substantial mean gain, thereby confirming the overall success of the intervention.
