This research examines the influence of structured life skills training on self-concept and adjustment among adolescents, crucial for their holistic development. Adolescents experience significant psychological, social, and biological changes, often leading to various adjustment challenges. Life skills training, encompassing problem-solving, decision-making, effective communication, emotional regulation, and critical thinking, aims to equip adolescents with essential competencies. The study systematically evaluates the effectiveness of this intervention in fostering better self-concept and adjustment in school students.
